  • As part of a government contract requiring a Secret security clearance, provided technical PKI implementation support and training for the US Treasury FMS Branch. Installed a National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) Level 3 assurance public key infrastructure.  
  • Prepared Certificate Policy (CP), Certification Practices Statement (CPS), Concept of Operations, and in-depth training presentations and documents for the PKI.
