Senior Geomarketing Specialist
Overall Responsibilities: 1- Controlling and planning Geomarketing activities based on Company presence, market opportunities, economic dynamics and competition with inputs from regional teams to drive the business. 2- Increase forecasting accuracy (up to 90 %) on district level for all the products that used through construction processes (cement, Ceramic, Electrical products, Sanitary Ware, pipes, pumps, tanks and improve market analyses, 3- Utilizing Remote sensing to extract and manage new opportunities, extract the required information, manage and analyze the data. 4- Responsible to detect and distribute the new opportunities many times per year for 41 Sales support specialist in 13 branches all over KSA 5- Member of CRM Business and mobility solution team. 6- The functional chart relations (sales support team , Product line managers , Sales branch managers , training , COE ) 7- Integrates data from several separate sources into a unique visual form to extract powerful hidden information revealing trends and patterns. 8- Building digital maps to evaluate land price, competitors , market Segmentation, market potential , market trends , forecasting, creating maps based on selected variables, visualizing information, presenting powerful ideas and developing effective solutions that assist in making their critical marketing decisions. 9- Facilitating development of effective marketing strategies, innovative sales policies/ programs as well as ensuring adequate penetration, market share, growth and performance through strategic utilization of Geomarket data. 10- Evaluating the market data to keep close tabs on competitor activities, classify the high and low market share, the market trends, identify locations that best represent market opportunity for company products/ services and converting the information to charts and maps.
