Summary

Apart from my experience in managing and administrating  office, I am also an experienced Researcher. I have research and teaching aptitude. I am good in English communication and comprehension, good proficiency at computer aided teaching and research tools.

Currently working on

Research Study on, "The mental health of Women in relations to work stress, gender role and partner alcohol usage: The Mizo women study".

Objective: To study the psychological health of Mizo women in relation with work load and alcohol use within the family (Violent or Non Violent), also taking into account other variables such as religiosity, gender-role, significance of societal norms and religious norms etc.
