VSE Mainframe Computer Operation (all three shifts) 24/5.
Maintain Production Schedule and Checklist; Create APS date schedule; daily bank download; daily date card update; prepare daily offsite tape shipment and paperwork; daily run jobs for specialized reports; maintain tape library; run batch jobs for various special programs for production; staging and testing; run jobs for programmers as requested; import new/update jcl for jobs as requested by management; order supplies; work with hardware and software vendors to fix or repair issues; create or update run documentation; distribute reports and maintain documentation; monitor system for errors; open and close tickets for jobs and hardware issues; print job printout and distribute.
Customer Support/PC Service Desk: repair, support, install and build windows pcs, network printers and connectivity. Active Directory support; supporting 200+ users on-site and in remote locations; on the phone and through email and ticketing. Two ticketing systems.
