Summary

I am president of AIESEC Dallas, a non-profit subsidiary that is part of a student-run global social enterprise. For this position, I: oversaw operations of 23 individuals; reorganized the executive structure at the local level for more efficient operations; assisted in bringing the budget out of the red and into a profitable region; and helped organize and run advertising, promotion, information sessions, interviews, and selection for new members and international internship applicants. I am currently revising a compendium and executive board contract for the local committee in addition to implementing and overseeing an extensive database system for HR and quality tracking of tasks and operations. I am also gathering information and taking the necessary steps to start a national initiative for AIESEC US in order to push exchange numbers, brand awareness, brand reputation, member quality, and member retention.
