CREDICARD / REDECARD S/A – São Paulo, SP July/91 – October/08 Sales Director Headed a team of 61 direct employees (07 managers) and 129 outsourced sales promoters. Responsible for developing and handling business strategies related to increasing the client base and the market share for attracting Mastercard, Diners Club and Maestro transactions in the states of: São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Responsibilities also included negotiations directly related to maintaining and increasing the client base with all the main retail chains in the market. Set up strategic plans for product expansion, determining parameters for the products offered by the sales team, client analysis and quality and productivity indexes, active participation in preparing strategic planning and structuring sales and marketing activities for Retail and Wholesale Products, handling market studies and analyzing cost-benefit relationships for sales activities, managing the strategy for introducing new products, and coordinating Corporate Projects.
