·Organize and manage Product Development, Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Product Application Engineering to China market as well as Korea, Japan markets.
·Work out Company Business Plan (BP) with Asia President; participate in Global Sales Meeting in US Headquarter to review worldwide locations’ BP.
·Built up Sales Team and Technique Team, be responsible for sales margin, pricing strategy and cash flow for targeted customers.
·As management team member to work out Investment Plan, HR Plan and Localization Plan base on BP.
·Co-ordinate company issues with headquarter, different locations in USA, France, Japan, Korea and China.
·Lead team to work out technique and drawings management rule, and achieve good performance.
·Sales turnover increase from 2008: 45 Mio to 2009: 60 Mio, 2010: 98 Mio, fulfill and exceed the 3 years sales targets which President and Board Member given from 2008 to 2011.
·Developed new customers, Chery, Ford, Mazda, DPCA, BYD, BAIC, Changan and Zotye.
·Build up sales team up to 6 people in 2011, covering main OEMs in China (VW, Daimler, BMW, GM……)
·Customer Oriented Product Development and Engineering.
