In my capacity as Desktop Technician, my responsibilities included installing, upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Dells computers, Laptops, printers and Caterpillar software for tech users. I installed Lotus Notes client 7.0, Windows XP, Windows Vista and supported 1300 end users and closed all trouble tickets using the phone and remote access software called Boss and PC anywhere. I also Setup and supported Wireless networks.
