Monitoring of QAQC activities and documents such as Punch Lists, Correction Request Notes, Non-Conformity Reports, Technical Queries, Inspection Requisitions and Inspection Reports in daily basic.

Quality Management

Compiling, Revising, Monitoring and Enforcing of Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, Quality Assurance Procedures, Quality Control Procedures, Quality Standard Operation Procedures as per  Classification Society Requirements, SOLAS Requirements, MARPOL Requirements, Client Requirements and Shipyard Requirements. Implementation of Lean Six Sigma

Implementation of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies in order to eliminate waste as well as to cease the defect rate. The production yield was boosted up to 98% and the process sigma was increased up to 3.67 within two years.

Define the Quality of Products as per CE and RoHS Regulations. Compiling of Quality Control Procedures and Assurance Procedures. Developing of Destructive Test Plans according to defined Quality Standards. 

Analysis , Calculation & Measurement

Verifying and analyzing of Quality Gaps between defined and actual gaps. Compiling of SIPOC Diagrams, Ishikawa Diagrams, Cause and Effect Matrix. Calculation of One Way ANOVA and Two Ways ANOVA, performing of Gage R & R Studies by using of Minitab 12. Measure the Quality Gaps and Production Yield as well as performance of production staffs and Overall Equipment Efficiency in weekly basic. 

Improvements

Compiling of Project Management Planning and Controlling Methodologies  for Quality Improvement Projects and manage the projects according to plans and schedules. DMAIC and DMADV QI Models were used to improve the process performances. The Selection of QI Models were depend on the requirements of the QI Projects.

Training

Assisting the conduction of series of Yellow Belt Trainings under the guidance of Master Black Belt Instructor. Assisting the Full Time Black Belt Change Agent to promote Kaizen and 5S Methodologies within the organization as Quality Improvement Campaigns.
