  • Development of Dashboards and Reports
    Work in collaboration with the organization to understand business issues, identify valuable areas of analysis and develop reports that analyse data warehouse information to support effective rapid decision making. 
    Assist in developing and deploying reports using WebFOCUS, Developer Studio and IWAY Data Migrator.

  • Adhoc Reporting Environment Support 
    Deploy and maintain reporting models using Webfocus to enable the business community for self-service analysis.
    Publish and maintain metadata

  • Coordinate with IT
    Capture new reporting requirements from Corporate IT departments

  • Production Processing Support
    Provide support and troubleshoot issues as needed for production dashboards and reports.
    Improve testing and error checking
    Assess the growing data environment for improvement and work with the BI team to enhance process logic, improve data quality, and improve performance and data availability.
