Designed and implementing a 3 modules x 9 phase Leadership and personal effectiveness programme of Enhance, Enrich and Engage for 530 Area Coach and Chief Sales Managers and Zonal Coach and Chief Sales Managers of a multi-national Pharmaceutical Company. This all encompassing programme is addressing very many aspects of Self Efficacy, Leadership Effectiveness, Attrition and Retention, Personal effectiveness etc.
