  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Procurement strategies (both regional and local), policies (in order to avoid fraud and ensure compliance) and operations.

  • Ensure alignment with Regional/Group Procurement strategies and operations.

  • Through upstream involvement, act proactively and challenge the needs (functional analysis, value analysis) to create cost reductions opportunities.

  • Develop efficient relationships with key vendors based on productivity, innovation and right-quality.

Main Responsibilities:

Purchasing of spare parts and services for plant, import/export transport organization and custom clearance assistance. Stock optimization-reduction, warehouse management with supervision of 3 people.

Key Achievements:

  • Achieved yearly average stock reduction of more then 10% with room for additional 20% in following years
  • Made strong SAP database foundations along with new warehouse operations procedure, resulting with inventory count accuracy far below targeted KPI (>1%)
  • Best results of Spare Parts harmonization project exchange among all BPE Europe plants 
  • Defined custom tariff codes for all items in store room (almost 4000 different items)
  • Invented numerous improvements in space and usage of store room, resulting potential stock decrease of approximately 20.000 EUR

Key Achievements:

  • Invented tent placement report, resulting saving of 25% and preventing any possibility of wrong tent placement
  • 90.000 EUR saving on one mayor order of marketing material(yearly based).

Key Responsibilities:

Yearly negotiations (defining discounts, promo action plan, floor display, window coolers, shelf space). Creating volume budgets for costumers and KA team, close cooperation with all departments (marketing, logistic, legal, finance). Direct supervision 4 Sales Representatives and 1 Team Leader and through Regional Managers more than 30 other people.

Key Achievements:

  • Invented volume report per each outlet of respective outlet chain that has been connected to sales of each sales representative which gave us opportunity to distinguish volume makers in terms of specific outlets and in terms of specific sales results Sales Rep's. That way we were able to see which practices are giving us good sales results and where are problems and how to solve it.
