Work Philosophy

In order to achieve optimal productivity in the workplace there must be cooperation in teamwork, clarity in communication, and conviction in the belief that your service contributes to a greater good.

First and foremost, in the field of nutrition and health wellness there must be a personal desire to serve and help others. This desire should be immediately apparent from the moment you and the patient meet. In addition to the longing to serve others, there must also be a longing and desire for continuing knowledge in your field. Nutrition education will continue to evolve and expand as years go by. A continuing study of these advancements is necessary and directly correlates with being able to continuously serve the patients or customers.

In order for an employe with these passions to have success in the work place, the employe must have such characteristics and qualities;

  • Attentive listening and attention to details
  • Articulation of speech and ensuring clear communication is achieved
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, as well as being a motivator
  • Intuition and creativity which spark ideas and solutions
  • Passion for the patient, furthering knowledge of the science, and belief that a healthy diet and lifestyle is necessary in order to achieve optimal quality of life.

I believe that all of these factors constitute a worthy employe and correlate directly with my own beliefs, interest, and abilities.
