Planned orientation, program scheduling, and delegated duties for 13 specialty counselors of different international backgrounds throughout the summer.

Certification of counselors according to American Camp Association regulations on rock climbing walls, 60-foot high ropes challenge course, and outdoor survival.

Led effective team-building and safety exercises to ensure a cohesive and responsible unit; dealt with any staff challenges as they arose.
