As a seasoned program/project manager with 7+ years of experience I have lead many successful large scale teams. Having a deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) I have lead/coached numerous organizations in transitioning and implementing  said frameworks having demonstrable results in improving efficiency in all stages of the software development life cycle.

With  5+ years of focus in the OTT landscape my focus has been with companies in taking content that they care deeply about from creation into the hands and homes of the market they are trying to reach. Helping to facilitate and improve efficiency in workflow whether it be from a technical solution or an operational practice, conception to delivery is my true passion.

Utilize extensive knowledge in the OTT landscape and Agile methodologies to deliver high value projects one time and on budget for leading industry providers. 

  • Manage multiple successful projects for industry leading clients including Disney, Microsoft, Ooyala, Ellation/Crunchyroll, etc
    Manage partner relations for key accounts, while helping to shape their GTM strategy

Project/program manager at iStreamPlanet managed a global teams while helping establish go to market strategy for iStreamplanet's flagship product Aventus.

  • Took flagship software Aventus from conception to market which successfully supported such events as the Sochi Olympics, Monday Night football, and many others.
  • Transitioned global teams to utilize the Agile/Scrum methodology allowing for targeted and on budget delivery
  • Primary external interface to all levels of the partner organization, from CTO to engineering lead
  • Managed and shipped number of platform applications for various partners. (Verizon FioS, Redbox instant)
  • Elevated iStreamPlanet to the Premier Plus Tier of the Xbox Developer Partner Program, on par with several well-established agencies
  • Managed several different types of media players, including Adaptive HLS, Smooth Streaming and MP4 progressive players using different variations of the Microsoft stack for both Live and VOD video, using both AES-128 encryption over the wire and Microsoft PlayReady
