As a litigation partner in the firm of King & Spalding LLP, Zachary Andrew McEntyre has argued numerous high-profile, class-action lawsuits. He has represented businesses in industries ranging from retail to insurance, with experience in cases involving claims such as breach of contract and violation of consumer protections. Zachary Andrew McEntyre’s achievements include the successful defense of a major group of insurance companies against class actions and class certifications, as well as similar victories for Coca-Cola, Equifax, and Home Depot.

Also experienced in other forms of complex commercial litigation, Mr. McEntyre has represented major law firms and attorneys in matters of professional liability. He has served financial institutions in a variety of investment and lending disputes, and he worked with a major homebuilder to close pending insurance recovery proceedings.

He shares his experience as the coauthor of articles in professional journals and as a presenter to legal associations on issues relevant to his areas of practice. Mr. McEntyre earned a juris doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, and he also draws on an undergraduate background in history and political science.
