Used to make a night shift at work. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

Reservation manager

Capital Trust, Prague Luxury Apartments*****

Working with, Previo and Opera reservation systems. Daily communication with  people over 20 nationalities, staying polite and helpful solving difficult situations. Coordinate with sales and reservation team for rooms bookings, provide training to customer service coordinators and assist to resolve all issues. Assist meeting planner to analyze room‘s requirements and collaborate with sales, marketing team to ensure compliance to revenue management guidelines. Oversee reservation administration, provide update to reservation systems and process requests and manage inventory of processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue. Collaborate with staff development and provide require feedback and assist to answer incoming calls and manage all online inquiries.

final exam with a grade point average 11\12 as a violinist (played for 8 years in school’s orchestra during my studies During my studies i improved a mastery of memorization. It helped to think creatively. Education I have got helps me to solve problems by thinking and realizing that there may be more than one right answer and that you belong to the one team.
