I’m fascinated by people. Throughout my life I’ve always been interested in what drives and motivates individuals. What their hopes and aspirations are, and how they go about achieving their goals.
Though I am graduated from Marketing, but most of my background is in recruitment and consulting. Combining with my interest in Technology, I felt working as a Technical Recruiter in this industry would be a good match for me. I discovered that working in consulting culture reflects what I most enjoy in a working environment:  teamwork, communication, and a strong support network for everyone. These encourage and influence our creativity.
Growing up, my family and friends were big influences. Today, I’m interested in how we influence one another through our behavior, on a one-to-one basis. When I meet someone, I try to understand their apprehensions, likings, inherent nature and the way they react to any given situation. It’s inspiring to see and explore the world from a different perspective and culture and to see cutting-edge technologies applied in unique ways.
I love to travel and experience new places and ways of life. Growing up in Malaysia I’ve been exposed to a wide variety of different cultures, from Thai to Indian and Chinese, which has given me a sense of adventure and a curiosity about how we all interact around the world.
