Served as Vice President of a regional Medical Courier Service Provider                              (DAWG dba United Courier Cincinnati, OH)

Managed purchase of a medical courier provider with annual gross sales of $3 Million dollars. Implemented and managed the due diligence process, to include review of financials, operations, employee performance, employee satisfaction, organizational polices, procedures, culture, customer account relations, metrics, contract performance, equipment, lease obligations, and property evaluations - resulting in a $200, 000.00 savings off negotiated purchase price and the successful retention of key contracts.   

• Served as a contracted Chief Operations Officer for start up pediatric practice                          (Premier Pediatrics Mason, OH) 

Administered Fiscal, and Operational outcomes. Designed, and managed new construction office layout, procured contractors, equipment and service providers. Recruited, hired, and evaluated the performance of medical staff and administrative personnel. Developed all organizational policies and procedures. Implemented billing system, and provided oversight, and management of reimbursements. Managed the facilities compliance with OSHA, emergency readiness, sanitation regulations, and billing. 

• Served as  Director of Healthcare Administration University of Cincinnati Occupational Health Clinic, and Research Foundation.  

Managed fiscal and operational administration 

In the first year of employment presented cost savings proposal in the first year of employment to outsource the Director of Healthcare Administrations role, based upon assessing the strategic vision, and will of medical leadershipwhich saved the organization $100,000 per year,  - served as contracted Directer for 7 consective years.
