I believe that every child deserves a lifelong learning process. Each child is a unique individual who has his or her own strengths, interests and intelligences. I seek to help children to learn effectively by developing differentiated instructions and equip them with problem-solving skills. My goals as an early childhood educator are:

  1. To set up a conducive learning environment where children are willing to take risks to explore, discover and express themselves through active explorations.
  2. To provide opportunities for children to solve problems through meaningful interaction with each other and develop self-autonomy for independence learning.
