Work at the lobby desk checking in surgery patients, creating badges for visitors, printing clinic and patient census, transfer calls to correct departments, professional and courteous guidance towards patients, family members, and visitor. I also update any on-call revisions for the month, and keep record of new admits and ambulance visits. 

Hosted, organized, and created "Shriner's Trunk or Treat Charity Event Carshow" on Oct. 20th, 2018 for the children at Shriner's Hospital. I raised more than $500 from the event, which included variety of food, music, games, and exotic cars.

Verification of insurance including any PPO and Premier plan type from Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna, Premier Access (UFWC), United Concordia, MetLife, etc. Prepare pt. charts for upcoming appointment days including treatment plans. Reception duties including answering calls, providing customer service, retrieving insurance info, and updating patient info. Also a float for the back office to help sterilize dental instruments and turn around rooms quickly for the next upcoming patient.

I began volunteering in Kaiser Permanente from  November 2010 up to 2015.  I was volunteering in the Emergency Room providing customer service to the patient’s family. I also helped potential  ER patients or lost patients find their indicated locations in the waiting room to promote a fast paced envirmonment with less waiting time.
