-Worked with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and community members to develop programs for social media platforms (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.) in support of the online marketing strategy.-Proofread, published, & monitored all online content in accordance with our best practices.-Working knowledge of HTML and online publishing platforms (WordPress, Tumblr, etc.)-Oversaw external media campaign strategy including effective management of ongoing newspaper, radio, online and television ads.-Curated original online blog content from a wide range of subjects (music, fashion, politics, sports, & technology).-Coordinated and implemented social media marketing communication projects including, social media advertising to create awareness and increase visibility and traffic.-Initiated conversations and moderated through forums, Twitter and blog postings.-Recommended and implemented relevant social media techniques, processes and tools to improve outcomes and efficiency.-Experimented with innovative and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.

- Promoted The Board's initiatives and activities that aim to raise awareness of discrimination on campus and in the community.- Responsible for ensuring that all activities and endorsements of The Board reflect the anti-oppressive mandate of the Federation.- Ensured that all Directors and Staff receive anti-oppression training within five months of the elected term.- Observed all activities of The Board and those supported by The Board to ensure that they are not exclusionary or discriminatory in nature and address any problems as they arise.- Acted as the official liaison between the Federation and relevant University organizations, offices and departments dedicated to the awareness and elimination of discrimination.- Represented the Federation when issues regarding discrimination and equity are raised in the York University community and need to be addressed.- Worked with the President and Vice President Campaigns & Advocacy to develop political and equity-based campaigns.- Acted as Chair of the Community Service Group The Board and the Equity Committee- Participated as a voting member of the Clubs Committee, and Events Committee.- Represented the Federation on relevant University committees and task-forces concerning use of University space, security, and admissions.- Attended Student Representatives Roundtable with the President all meetings of The Board and the Executive Committee.

- Responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the Web Site and other official notice sites including, but not limited to, the bulletin board outside the office.- Distributed information about campaigns, events, and operations over the List-Serv.- Coordinated with other Members to ensure that relevant information is included in the upcoming issue of any relevant student publication.- Responsible for the e-mail account, and ensuring that it is regularly checked and that any questions or concerns arising from it are responded to, in a timely fashion.- Delegated duties, to other Members, where expedient, and where the delegation of such duties is allowed by the Constitution, and any other subsidiary regulation.- Maintained a set number of office hours, as prescribed by the Constitution, which shall not be less than 10 hours per week.
