Graduate IT Helpdesk Analyst Intern
·First level support and to log, monitor and resolve helpdesk calls for a group of 150 users in 12 European and 2 Asian offices, covering offices in London, Tokyo, Mumbai, Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Warsaw, Bucharest, Kiev, Prague and Amsterdam.
