Woodland Child Development Center

Hammond, IN- Handle initial troubleshooting of network connectivity and performance problems. Install, configure and setup Linux, Windows, and MAC desktop computers, HP printers, POS devices and software. Provide full desktop support and regular maintenance on individual workstations Diagnose hardware and software problems associated with local and wide area network environments, PCs, and software. Installation of IP cameras throughout the center including the wiring of cables to central location.. Direct management of website changes, updates, and settings.

2013 - 2014

IT Support Agent


Merrillville, IN- Provided basic technical support to coworkers and external end-users for all manners of technology hardware and software in use throughout the organization and company website. Responded to over 100 Help Desk(password resets, Internet Settings, company website malfunction) tickets that were responded to within 24 hour period. Provided one on one end user problem resolution over the phone and through remote access. Assisted in the migration of Windows XP to Windows 7 through the performance of imaging and disc installation. Prepared documentation and permissions for IT Audits and corrections to Active Directory throughout corporate.
