I am very easy and willing to communicate with no matter the issue. I believe that having a strong communication basis between two parties makes life a lot easier and keeps things going more efficiently. I communicate at my job as a shop foreman, making sure everyone is on task and doing what I need them to do. I communicate in my daily personal life with my family, keeping up with what's going on. 


I am very technical when it comes to electronics and our modern technology today. I've kept up with phones, internet services, computers, operating systems, the internet, tablets, Televisions, portable music devices, and more. This is a hobby and a interest of mine and not only do I use these items everyday, I can also troubleshoot and repair as well as using this skill in my job every when I am doing computerized diagnostics on vehicles. I am very big on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin.


I am very mechanically inclined. I am a mechanic for my day job and I have been for the past 3 years. I service and repair vehicles daily anything from oil changes to overhauling engines and transmissions.

Firestone Complete Auto Care

I am currently the 2nd leading technician and shop foreman. I service vehicles and making sure all work is done properly and thoroughly as stated on the work order. I also maintain a team of technicians helping with jobs, making sure everyone is on task, making sure the shop is clean, organized, and we have all the supplies we need to perform our jobs on vehicles. I work on vehicles in the shop as well as writing up work orders, writing up parts and service estimates for the work order, and consult the customer with the recommended work on their vehicles based on a technician's inspections on their vehicles. I do all services on vehicles such as brakes, suspension, maintenance (fluid flushes, oil changes, air filters, wiper blades, fuel system tuning), tires, alignments, computerized diagnostics, system testings, and more.

My daily duties consist of walking the sales floor helping and assisting customers, train and manage a sales team, ring up customers with their purchases, perform merchandise return and exchanges, count and manage store money, responsible for all paper at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day, monitor payroll and sales numbers, create and maintain the work schedules for all employees, conduct interviews and hiring new associates.
