    - Controlled inventory variations from Rs. 3 Crore to Rs.2 Lac within a span of 2 years.

    - Mapping of Process Scrap System - After Testing all the activities mapping of Scrap system has

      been done and implemented in live instance.

    - Mapping of Cut-Open Process - After Testing all activities of Product (Compressors) dismantling

      mapping of Cut open area has been done and implemented in live instance. This is very good 

      Process  for salvaging of Component.

    - Successfully Implemented the Supplier Rejection System.
