- Generate the necessary reports for the management (using CRM & SAP).
- Support the branches in complicated issues.
- Support the branches in CRM.
- Quality check for all branches.
- Troubleshooting customer’s issues.
- Reporting monthly issues & complaints.
- Ranking frequent issues.
- Presenting monthly reports for management.
- In charge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management application) troubleshooting.
- In charge of SMR (Self Meter Reading).
