- Managed backend and technical side of a global portfolio of several websites of the Redcats’ group.

- Managed build schedule for various brands. Improved their business processes and drastically converged the company towards additional economies of scale.

- Closely worked with Accenture and Microsoft on the installation of MS project server to improve Project Managers interaction and time optimization.

- Directed several discovery sessions with French brands, enhanced the company’s project management process.

- Conducted weekly and monthly review meetings with the company’s managers & directors.

- Worked closely with Microsoft to harmonize and converge tech leads’ procedures into a common and optimal build release process. Introduced a high degree of automation into the process hence cutting human error and negative impact on business.
