Professional Experience


  • Assist with Women’s Basketball, Softball, Men’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, and Men’s And Women’s Track academic advising. Most recently, the new football program.
  • Assist with Registration of Student-Athletes through the Banner System.
  • Aid with scheduling classes and study time for student-athletes, and schedules of work time for tutors and monitors.

  • MS degree in Sport Administration and BS degree in Biomedical Science.
  • Academic Advising experience as Graduate Assistant under the Assistant Director of Student- Athlete Development and Tutorial Coordinator at a D-1 School.

Youdlyne is very hard working and dedicated to the athletics profession. She is trained in planning education sessions, developing business meetings and administrative functions. She recently graduated with her Masters in Sports Administration and is searching for her next challenge in the athletic administration. Youdlyne has also worked at the University level, she will be able to use her past experiences and transfer her knowledge to the conference level which will be very resourceful.

Ms. Renard is a hard-worker who understands what it takes to motivate others to succeed with integrity. She continuously goes above and beyond to exceed expectations and provide outstanding service to others. As the department liaison for the tutorial staff and the go to person for several academic advisors her strong listening and effective leadership skills set her apart.

Ms. Renard was very instrumental on helping the student-athlete became acclimated with the program. As our P.O.C. for the implementation of this section of the 360 curriculum, Ms. Renard maintained continued contact with all the student-athlete/ parents and myself. She informed us of any and all complications experience by the student-athletes and facilitated a Q& A for the parents so that they could help their students prepare for the upcoming SAT that took place this past October.
