“Customer objectives are always visible to anyone, only and only if, we know the customer"
With above statement, I can say that I’m a believer of a “what if I’m the customer” kind of approach. Understanding customer is a key component for every plan that I prepare. I’m not the industry expert for every customer that I manage, but I have what it takes to be relevant.
IT industry is certainly a 24*7 kind of world, where I have to stay a head against others and at the same time still relevant to customer environment. Keep improving my expertise and skill is a must and that led me to my journey in exploring the IT world, thru various multinational companies (with its’ own significant signature in IT) that I’ve worked for and currently work in. With this experience and knowledge I believe that I’m a strategic partner for my customer, and my customer will be able to see my vision towards their initiatives and future.
My passion is clear and remains the same for every single customer of mine, and that is, to provide a justified business value that will helps my customer gain a competitive advantage and the value have to be measurable.
