Three levels of yellow cake each with their own filling: strawberry, almond, and pineapple. The "water" is from blue icing with darker blue edible spray color. The leaves and sea life around the edges are from royal icing and candy. The top of Spongebob's house is another cake with colored icing.
A vanilla cake base with strawberry filling was used as the base. The sand is brown sugar. The "ocean" is colored piping gel. Fondant and icing was used for the final touch.
Two cakes were used for this dual layer cake. The base is yellow cake with black quilted fondant and lettering. The monster is constructed from yellow cake, yellow grass-tipped icing and the body parts from yellow fondant.
Pound cake is topped with green fondant. Each part of the tree is fondant. The piping is from buttercream icing.
A heavy base of pound cake with dyed green and tan buttercream icing to make the terrain. A spoon was used to make the rough greenery.
A rum cake as the base, this creation is topped with brown sugar for the sand, the rocks and fish are candy, and the "river" is made from colored piping gel.

My primary job was ensure that all of the daily/weekly tasks were performed effectively and efficiently. I also did/oversaw a majority of the baking as well as making icings,frosting etc. I collaborated with the owner to come up with our weekly raw materials list, employee schedules as well as conducting cake consultations as needed. I was an integral part of the decision making process involving what cupcakes, cookies, pastries, cakes were created as well as their final look. As I have experience in all aspects of the business, I was able to effectively manage employees based on their strength and weaknesses and create a fluid work environment.
