I also did/oversaw a majority of the baking as well as making icings,frosting etc. I collaborated with the owner to come up with our weekly raw materials list, employee schedules as well as conducting cake consultations as needed. I was an integral part of the decision making process involving what cupcakes, cookies, pastries, cakes were created as well as their final look. As I have experience in all aspects of the business, I was able to effectively manage employees based on their strength and weaknesses and create a fluid work environment.
