Contact Center Supervisor
World Vision is a global Christian Non-profit organization committed to building a better world for children through community development. At the Donor Contact Center I was responsible for the day to day operations of several teams- Customer Service, Non-call Work, Regional Account Managers and Estate Planning. In addition I participated in the rotating supervision of the Operations teams and Contact Center as a whole. I chaired and worked on several committees for process improvements throughout the department such as written Donor Communications, Training and Quality Assessment. I worked cross-departmentally with Marketing, Project Management and Donor Services teams.
