I work as a subcontracted P.T.A. for multiple Home Health Agencies. I travel from site to site treating patients. I document treatments, plans, symptoms and progression on both paper and computer forms. I complete weekly reports on each patient and send in to my employer.  I monitor the use of multiple medications and medical devices. I follow and record post surgical protocol and monitor the progress of post surgical patients .
