Maintained high functioning, servant-leadership, relationships with anywhere from 70-110 associates at a store, and a management team of 5-8 to achieve several goals including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining a top 5 position out of 341 stores on day drive averages.
  • Bringing a store from low 100's out of 341 stores to consistently top 10 on night averages.

    • Attended multiple departments to train back office staff on proper completion of governmental compliance survey, as well to provide the highest available quality of multi-lingual and overall care.
  • POE Calls:
