Maintained high functioning, servant-leadership, relationships with anywhere from 70-110 associates at a store, and a management team of 5-8 to achieve several goals including but not limited to:
- Maintaining a top 5 position out of 341 stores on day drive averages.
- Bringing a store from low 100's out of 341 stores to consistently top 10 on night averages.
- Decreasing food cost by 8% in managing usages over the course of 3 periods.
- Hiring and training over 30 associates, ensuring we met staffing and training goals.
- Creation and implementation of a clean-up routine, resulting in better auditing scores by the Divisional Manager.
- High levels of customer service, in addition to handling customer incidents within the store on a one on one basis, worked to track complaints and coming up with long term solutions. Implementation of these plans resulted in a 41% decrease of call-ins overall.
