I will no longer be updating this site due to changes in its editing features. Please head here to my new portfolio site.
I enjoy, drawing, writing, playing video games, and voice acting. Outside of the game design field I also like photography, and playing soccer and tennis.
My main skills reside in art and writing. I have been doing both since I was young. I have taken art classes throughout my entire school career and a creative writing class in college. I have also been told I have potential to be a voice actor. I graduated SNHU with a BA in game design and minored in art history and graphic design. My main interest in game design is in the art field (creating concept art, texture art, 3d modeling, etc.), but I am also interested in writing for games and voice acting in them. I have some experience in programming (Flash AS 3.0) but it is not my strong point.
Most artwork on this site can also be found under my Deviant Art account: Yggdrassal. Some of the artwork will be a higher quality as the jpg format that this site requires ruins the color in some images. Also, I have a blog that was required for class to show one drawing per day. http://mikeshachookspday13.blogspot.com/
I also have a portfolio site on deviantArt: http://mikeshachook.daportfolio.com/
