-Based on the clients requirement and selected software, setting up of the accounting systems including the chart of accounts,
format of management reports and sample of other deliverables.
-Prepare and finalize the books of accounts in the accounting software based on documents and information provided by the client and ensure that they are in line with the statutory
-Produce finalized general ledgers, trial balances, profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements,
financial budgets and management report.
-Prepare supporting for staff indemnity, accrued expenses, fixed assets, prepaid
expenses and bank reconciliation statement.
-Ensure that the books are maintained in accordance with the clients internal control
-Review and understand the frequency and depth of financial reporting requirements per client and ensure accuracy
and timely delivery of reports generated.
-Provide audit assistance to the client during the audits.
-Advice client on local laws and regulations relevant to payroll activities such as end of service benefits/ gratuity calculation, social security requirement and WPS regulations etc, #Other agreed upon procedures for the client, co-ordinate with the client for timely payment.
