About me

Confident, articulate and determined Marketing Assistant who has experience of being involved in a wide range of sales activities across both traditional and digital channels. Enjoys taking on responsibility and has the willpower needed to drive performance targets to completion. I possesses a bias for action and has the vision, focus and ability to translate a plan into action, at the same time as having a sense of calm urgency.   • Responsible for leading and managing the cash counter/customer service operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize profitability (Sales & Margin) in line with company's objectives.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered and to escalate any serious issues to the Store Manager for suitable resolution.
  • Briefing the sales team about company profile, new lines in the business, promotional campaigns and related matters of the company.
  • Handling the cash float and cash safe custody.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service in the store.
  • Responsible for maintenance and external appearance of the shop.
  • Developing and implements cash counter/customer service operating plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate branding in order to achieve and exceed sales and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure that all procedures related to cash handling for the store are followed so as to minimize the risk of loss for the company.
  • Ensure that the staff in the department are trained to handle all customer queries and, if possible using the system to provide an accurate response on stock availability and on all current promotions.
  • Providing professional till point service to close the sale and offering the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events.Ensuring effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership of the store team (setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees), in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.Developing and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers and back office departments, in order to support the smooth operation.
  • Ensuring stock is effectively measured, controlled and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures.
  • Ensuring all ranges is effectively merchandised in line with brand image and standards.
  • Ensuring cash management policies and procedures are followed and cash registers are accurately reconciled.Solving all kind of problems including customers' complaints, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and to increase customers' satisfaction.
