Confident, articulate and determined Marketing Assistant who has experience of being involved in a wide range of sales activities across both traditional and digital channels.   • Ensure that the staff in the department are trained to handle all customer queries and, if possible using the system to provide an accurate response on stock availability and on all current promotions.

  • Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events.Ensuring effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership of the store team (setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees), in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.Developing and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers and back office departments, in order to support the smooth operation.
  • Ensuring stock is effectively measured, controlled and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures.
