Moving from consulting to real estate investment banking, Yaniv Blumenfeld then held numerous positions with some of Wall Street’s leading companies. He served as a Managing Director of Bear Stearns and thereafter JP Morgan, Managing Director at Eurohypo running its US Capital Markets group and Large Loan CMBS business. Prior to that, Yaniv Blumenfeld worked as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc.; UBS AG-PaineWebber; and Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co. Ltd. Outside of his present work, Yaniv Blumenfeld serves as a Director on boards for multiple philanthropic organizations. Mr. Blumenfeld currently works with the nonprofits the American Friends of Rabin Medical Center, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the UJA-Federation of New York, and Elem, which works in Israel to help Arab and Jewish youth.
