I founded my own business in 2002 with the objective of developing a portfolio of import/export contractual relationships in international markets, focussing on the high growth Middle Eastern marketplace and Balkans. I successfully achieved several projects in collaboration with leading specialized international companies, operating throughout the Middle East with specific successful collaborations in Iraq both prior to the Gulf War and afterwards in conjunction with UN-sponsored redevelopment agencies.
I have undertaken the role consultancy and project development for leading Turkish industrial equipment manufacturers in relationships with their European partners.

As Managing Director of the international business division of the company, I built this business over ten years, achieving very high sales and considerable profit growth.Manufacturing grew enough to require a move in 2000 from a 5000 m2 plant to a 20,000 unit. I developed good personal relationships and a very good international reputation in the industry based on trust, honesty and diligence. This led to the creation of many business opportunities for the company and the winning of numerous profitable tenders especially in countries like Egypt, Syria, Abu Dhabi /UAE, Jordan, Greece and Iraq.
My role involved substantial travel to those countries for technical and commercial negotiations and to
sign contracts between 1994- 2002. I have also participated and was awarded supply tenders financed
through the UN organizations like UNICEF and UNDP.
I led the export team to develop new potential markets and to build on the enhanced brand value of the company which came to be widely known and well respected in the region. Thereby created over 35 new markets in Europe, Caucasus, Middle East, North Africa and Far East. I developed good relationships with the leading European manufacturers in this sector. Throughout I consistently beat sales targets.
