I currently hold the IT Manager position at The Jupiter Drawing Room Cape Town where i operate data communication systems, including LANs and WANs. This includes planning, designing and implementing networked systems, conducting system enhancements (software and hardware updates) to improve the performance and reliability of the system and conducting network architecture design, feasibility and cost studies.Responsible for the technical administration of computer and network systems. Oversees the day-to-day activities for the system and is responsible for all applications present on the system. Administers related systems, including security, communications, software applications, outside communication links, licensing and any other troubleshooting activities. I also implement the organisations' Internet and intranet sites and wireless communication technology.

Monitoring critical Windows Systems and taking preventative actions as required. Drawing up ad hoc weekly reports for Operations Management Team. Monitoring online system performance. Assisting with MH user queries with regards to response of systems and availability. Assisting users with deployment issues.
