Act as the manager's first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization; Screen telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate; Greet and guide suppliers, organize and maintain diaries and make appointments; Review incoming email, faxes and letters; Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, carry out background research and present findings into subjects the manager is dealing with; Organize and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared; Regularly stand in for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence. Since February 2008 up until this date, I also replace the PA to the General Manager (25 working days a year), having the bellow activities and responsibilities: Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow, organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, arranging travel and accommodation; electronic coordination and scheduling of travel, conference/meeting scheduling and its minutes, special projects, report creation, calendar management, research and ordering of office supplies.

Training evaluation report filled by the supervisor/tutor assessed main topics such as engagement and responsibility, autonomy and information, adaptation and integration capacity, with 4 pages of questions. Obtained average was 18.5 points (scale 0-20) and the most positive characteristics enhanced was cordiality, affectivity, interest and cooperation.

Activities and Societies: Curricular trainee ship at Grupo Porto Bay Hotels & Resorts from March 14th to June 22nd 2011. The main goal was to create and implement a welcome manual of all Portuguese Hotels of the Group, explaining internal procedures, regulations and hierarchy structure, providing simultaneously useful information as a complement of the integration and welcoming process to new workers.
