  • Executive Producer of over 200 music products generating consistent double-digit revenue growth.
  • Created new business initiatives involving corporate industry partners in order to maximize revenues from back catalog product and artists.
  • Directed staff and budgets in areas of marketing, promotions, press, publicity, production, recording, design.
  • Implemented international, North American and regional marketing campaigns for key and franchise recording artists (includes: The Beatles, Tina Turner, Steve Miller, Bob Seger, Frank Sinatra, Crowded House, others).
  • Hired and approved creative and development staff, directed output and creative, worked closely with Art Director and design staff.
  • Managed all creative and marketing aspects of company catalog music product. Including licensing, artwork, packaging, sales and marketing.
