  • Was originally relocated to develop the Business Development Department whose primary goal was to call on current businesses in the area  with sales revenues up to $15 million a year  to expand deposit and loan penetration 
  • Successfully developed a key networking group throughout Birmingham allowing me to increase our calling efforts in this particular segment.
  • Was responsible for managing the partner relationship with all 52 of the area branch managers and was directly involved in their training on business development, basic underwriting, and promotional content.  
  • Asked by management to reenter the retail division where I managed several offices throughout the Birmingham area, promoted three times within the first year of employment, to branches needing transformation.
  • Developed and executed an aggressive calling program, calling on small businesses and small business owners, moving their banking relationship to my region.
  • Instituted several sales programs to increase sales volume to the branch
  • Developed sales measurement programs for Training and Development programs
  • Was promoted to take minor regional role with four branches reporting to me, eventually leading a consolidation and expansion effort in the region
  • Remained one of the top performing regions after key changes in staff, processes, and promotions were made.

  • I was able to increase percentage of goal from a two year average of 67.5% to 87.6% and increased average monthly regional loan production by 358% 
  • Increased Core Deposits per branch from $31 million at the end of 2003 to $35 million at month end in June

  • Responsible for increasing the annuity and annuity sales in the branch by at least 500% and security referrals by at least 30%
