Reviewed aluminum Geodesic Dome roof fabrication drawings for installations in BP and ExxonMobil refineries.

Product Invention & Development
·      Co-Founder/Chief Engineer, Xorbox Corporation, developed a patent for separation of gases using a pressure swing adsorption process and commercialized medical equipment product in this start-up company, growing sales to $20M annually in five years. ·        Lead Mechanical Equipment Development Engineer, Linde Division of Union Carbide: o    Developed and installed cryosurgery medical equipment that saved lives for certain strains of Parkinson’s disease, worked closely with medical doctors during the development phase; o    Fabricated, designed and installed a cryogenic refrigerator for long term preservation of biological materials – developed and tested a new epoxy based fiberglass reinforced plastic material that successfully resisted the stresses and strains at cryogenic temperatures. o    Invented a unique heat transfer device that significantly increased human red cell recovery when freezing in liquid nitrogen and thawing in warm water; experimented with several plastic materials – selected the most successful polymer material for patent application under U.S. Navy contract. o    Invented a sealing device to safely store bone marrow in liquid nitrogen aboard nuclear submarines – adhesive material composition is still proprietary.
