Working in human resources and safety management in a variety of manufacturing environments for the past 15 years I have established results. Through my efforts my past companies have achieved third party certifications in QS-9000 and ISO-14001. The state of Virginia awarded our safety program with OSHA”s Voluntary Protection Programs Star Award, and recognized our partnership with Danville Community College in providing maintenance training programs. I have created and presented training courses in safety, management skills, supervisor development and quality. I am trained in safety and quality process auditing, six sigma methodology, lean manufacturing principles and well versed in employment relations.

Managed 160 employees on a rotating 28 day shift schedule, and attained two years accident free and was awarded OSHA’s VPP Star Certification July 2006.
