- Pioneered a capacity building workshop participated by 40 teachers and teacher trainers from 11 South and -West Asian countries including Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, and Pakistan held in Tehran, Iran

- Successful coordination of a two-month invitational fellowships programme joined by 30 educators from 19 Africa and  Asia-Pacific countries, and excellent network management with participating fellows and stakeholders
