Being the top performance at F&B segment in the last 9 months, 228 contracts were closed in 12 months.

Established key & strategic partnerships with renowned F&B accounts such as Super Star Group, Tai Hing Worldwide Development, Sportful Garden, Langham Hotel etc. Solely responsible for structuring and launching 5 campaigns in total and generated gross revenue over $ 3 million (HKD).

Directly trained and mentored 5 junior sales consultants, from tailoring sales strategies and coaching best practices of deal structuring & pitching. Total of 29 contracts were closed in the first month, brought in over $1 million (HKD) in gross revenue.

Monitored a team of 15 consultants for reaching sales weekly target and monthly target. Tailored made individual target for each consultant based on their strengths and weaknesses.

Being Top Performer of F&B vertical of Groupon’s daily deals team in Q4 2011 and Q1 2012. Personally generated and responsible for over 65% of monthly net profit target of Groupon HK’s Food & Beverage vertical, circa $0.7 million (HKD) monthly.

Established key & strategic partnerships with national key accounts such as Dining Concepts, Al Dente Group, Pacific Coffee Company, Pizza Express, PressRoom Group, Mona Lisa Bridal Salon. Solely responsible for structuring and launching 10 campaigns in total and generated gross revenue over $4 million (HKD).

Directly responsibly for over 500 active accounts across F&B, Beauty, Entertainment and retail products.  Bought in over $20 million (HKD) in gross revenue with net profit of over $6 million (HKD) within 10 months since joining, Average growth of 25% in revenue month to month.

Directly trained and mentored two junior sales consultants, from tailoring sales strategies and coaching best practices of deal structuring & pitching. Each trainee resulted in netting 10 new contracts within first month of joining. 

Liaised with internal marketing team to structure and launch tailor-made marketing campaign for key accounts including Facebook advertising, fans page setup, online banner in HK forum (Discuss and Uwant), magazines advertising, newspaper advertising. This includes media events organization together with in-house loyalty program establishment.
