Will has a degree in History from Oxford University. He has six years of experience in the voluntary sector and in the UK Government. He has run an international youth conference in the UK and a residential training course in India, and has set up a web design agency and a marketing agency for graduate recruiters. He has spent two years at the Department of Health working on ID cards, homelessness and counter-terrorism, and a year at the Department for International Development working on the G8 summit and reconstruction in Iraq. He has spent ten years as Chairman of Harambee Schools Kenya, a charity working to improve educational standards in rural areas of Kenya.
