Created and led One Billion + You campaign to celebrate 1 billion downloads of Firefox. Project management included coordinating diverse teams to launch site in 30 localizations. Viral buzz and PR spilled over to yield complementary press coverage.

Developed social media campaign Shiretoko Shock for the release of Firefox v. 3.5, landing Firefox in the Top 10 trending topics on Twitter during the 5 days immediately following campaign launch.

One of twelve directors of a Florida not-for-profit corporation. Oversaw business operations; managed an annual budget of $8+ million and assets of $10+ million; provided a learning environment for nearly 600 students (PK-8). Conducted national executive search process to replace top two executives.

Worldwide user base quadrupled from 200,000 to 800,000 during my tenure for one of the most popular tunnel programs for Xbox. Responsible for the Help forums and online chat. Personally provided tech support to 1,000+ users, conducted product testing, and trained new staff representatives.
